William J. Ehlers' Obituary
William J. "Bill" Ehlers, 78, Bennington, died Tuesday, November 27, 2018. He was born August 19, 1940 in Burlington, CO to William J. and Lorretta M. (Pelle) Ehlers.
Bill was a graduate of Stratton High School. He then served in the United States Army. Bill retired from Mountain Bell Telephone in 2001 after 31 years of service. He and his wife, Sally, moved to Bennington in 2003.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Jeff; and two grandchildren.
Survivors are his wife, Sally; son, Tom (Rachel); daughter, Tammie Engel; brother; Charles; and six grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, December 1, 2018 at the Bennington Bible Church. Burial will be in the Bennington Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Friday at Wilson Family Funeral Home, Minneapolis. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Bennington Bible Church or Minneapolis E.M.S.
