Wayne T. Gipson, 76, Miltonvale, died Sunday, February 10, 2019 at the Ottawa County Health Center, Minneapolis. Wayne was born June 22, 1942 in St. Louis, MO to Dock T. and Marjorie (Adams) Gipson.

He served in the United States Navy and was a truck driver for many years.

Wayne was preceded in death by his parents and four siblings.

Survivors are his wife, Charlene; children, Richard Gipson, Lori Beaughant, Patricia Acevedo, Michael Valois, and Christine Edsall; siblings, Gary Gipson, Barbara Durham, Lori Reeves, David Gipson, Chuck Gipson, Cheryl Gipson, and Bonnie Ramirez; niece, Melissa Gipson, cousin, Rose Ambuehl; 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and 1 one great-great-grandchild.

It was Wayne's wishes to be cremated. Burial will be at a later date in Ft. Logan National Cemetery in Colorado. Memorials may be made to St. Jude's and may be left in care of Wilson Family Funeral Home, P.O. Box 166, Minneapolis, KS 67467.
