Velma May Mihm, 77, Hutchinson, formerly of Tescott, died Monday, November 18, 2019.  She was born in Tescott on September 3, 1942 to Donald O. and Dorothy (Stanley) Burroughs.

She was a 1960 graduate of Tescott High School and she worked as a C.N.A. for over 30 years.   Velma and Donald Mihm were united in marriage on November 24, 1963 in Tescott.

Velma was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Don; three sisters, Judy, Elda Lee and Donna Rae; and great grandson, Gracin.

Survivors are her children, Rick (Nikki) Mihm, Mary Adams (Dennis), and James (Jessica) Mihm; brother, Eldon (Terri) Burroughs; grandchildren, Taylor, Trey, and Ty Adams, Macy Mihm (Trevor Hawkins), Hayden Mihm, Misty Mihm, Kristi Eidet, T.J. Eidet (Krissy), Tiffany Swank, and Trenton Mihm; great-grandchildren, Cooper, Serenity, Madison, Nevaeh, and Olivia; niece, Trisha Burroughs (Mike Suter); and great-niece, Kaitlyn Burroughs-Suter.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M., Friday, November 22 at the Tescott United Methodist Church.  Burial will be in Franklin Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 Thursday at Wilson Family Funeral Home, Minneapolis.  Memorials may be made to the Tescott Volunteer Fire Department or the Tescott United Methodist Church.
