Sue Francis Adams' Obituary
Sue Francis Adams, 75, Beloit, died Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at Salina Regional Health Center. She was born December 6, 1942 in Concordia to Winfred and Mildred (Parks) Shivers.
Sue was a Registered Nurse for 25 years. She was the Director of Nursing for almost 20 years at the Lincoln Nursing Home. She also worked in home health and hospice before retiring.
Sue and Calvin Adams were united in marriage on August 7, 1982 in Barnard.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors are her husband, Calvin; children Gary (Julie) Breault, Karen (Ronnie) Tremblay, Brad (Rebecca) Breault, and Bill (Jami) Breault; step-children, Kellee (Bob) Wattenbarger, Kevin Adams, Kara (Brad) Lewellen, and Kimbra (Tracy) Elliott; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and siblings, William, Richard, Gregory, Jerry, Doug, Lelia, and Mary.
Visitation will be from 3:00 to 7:00 P.M., Friday, May 11 at Wilson Family Funeral Home, Minneapolis, where the family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00. Funeral services will be at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, May 12 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Green Mound Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Sue's name will be used for a nursing scholarship at a later date. They may be mailed to Wilson Family Funeral Home, P.O. Box 166, Minneapolis, KS 67467.
