Sharolyn R. Baker, 72, Minneapolis, Kansas, died Sunday, December 5, 2010 at the Ottawa County Health Center, Minneapolis. Sharolyn was born January 16, 1938 in Delphos to Melvin and Faye Evelyn (Bennett) Garrison.
Sharolyn was united in marriage with Michael Baker on August 29, 1956 in Minneapolis.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her daughter Rhonda Baker on January 8, 1997; and her grandson Dennis Baker on August 22, 2008.
Survivors include her husband Mike of the home; her children Lenda Prince of Branson, MO, Mickey Baker of Minneapolis, and Monte Baker and his wife Cassie of Branson, MO; 13 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 A.M., Wednesday at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Minneapolis. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 P.M. to 8 P.M. Tuesday at the Wilson Family Funeral Home, Minneapolis where the family will receive friends from 5 P.M. to 7 P.M. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Love INC and may be left in care of the funeral home.
