Roberta Mae Larson, 84, Salina, passed away Monday, October 31, 2011 in Salina. She was born Roberta Mae Kern on September 6, 1927 in Salina to Richard and Leona (Lenon) Kern. Roberta was a graduate of Tescott High School and Brown Mackie College. She loved music and her family. Roberta was a gifted pianist.

She is survived by her sons Allen and his wife Diane, Ralph and his wife Janet, Dean and his wife Valerie all of Tescott; her daughter Betty Furney of Mission; 14 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and her sisters Maxine Morris and her husband Ross of Mesquite, TX and Doris Ogden of Longmont, CO. She was preceded in death by her son Robert Evan Larson.

Graveside services will be at 2:00 P.M., Saturday at Gypsum Hill Cemetery, Salina with the Rev. Jonathan Harvey officiating. Visitation will be from 2 P.M. to 8 P.M. Friday at Wilson Family Funeral Home, Minneapolis where the family will receive friends from 6 P.M. to 8 P.M. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
