Robert Lee Koch, Sr., 78, of North Little Rock, Arkansas, died Monday, August 3, 2026, at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was born July 15, 1948, in Concordia, Kansas, to Anthony and Bertha (Adam) Koch.
Robert graduated from Clyde High School in 1966 and continued his education at Cloud County Community College, where he earned an associate degree. On September 2, 1967, he married Nadine D. Snavely in Clyde. Together, they shared nearly 59 years of marriage.
Robert began his career with the United States Postal Service in Concordia as a mail carrier. His career with the Postal Service took him to Salina and Wichita, Kansas, as well as Hot Springs, Arkansas, before he eventually moved to Little Rock. He retired from the United States Postal Service in Little Rock as Manager of Postal Operations. He loved working outside, and it was there, surrounded by the outdoors, that he always felt closest to God.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Robert Lee Koch, Jr.; and brother-in-law, Mike Danielson.
Survivors include his wife, Nadine; siblings, Michael and Joy Koch, Mark and Leslie Koch, Jerry and Cathy Koch, Terry and Brenda Koch, Carol Danielson, Pat and Fred Olson, and Lisa and Dave Brewer; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at Highland Cemetery, Minneapolis.
