Rhonda L. Harmon, 73, Bennington, died Thursday, January 18, 2024, in Salina. She was born January 1, 1951, in Lyons to Ronald and Mary (Cline) Hoffman. When Rhonda was two, her father passed away and she was raised by her mother and stepfather, Sam Hendrickson.

Rhonda was a 1969 graduate of Lyons High School and then she attended beauty school. On August 8, 1970, she was united in marriage with Michael G. Harmon. She worked as a hairdresser for 25 years. They lived in various places before making their home south of Bennington.

She was preceded in death by her parents; stepfather; and siblings, Ron Hoffman and Marlene Campbell.

Rhonda is survived by her husband of 53 years, Mike; daughters, Meagan Collette and her husband, Marc, and Kristina Harmon; grandchildren, Carter Harmon, Jake Harmon, Dylan Collette, and Peyton Collette; and sisters, Tana Hendrickson and Linda Kersting.

Private services for the family will be held in Bennington Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Bennington Senior Center and left in care of Wilson Family Funeral Home, P.O. Box 166, Minneapolis, KS 67467.
