Rebecca Michelle Palmer, 73, Delphos, died Monday, June 29, 2026, at the Ottawa County Health Center, Minneapolis.  Becky was born October 16, 1952, in Dayton, OH, to Leland and Delorus (Meek) Lister.

Becky and John Palmer were married on March 25, 1977.  Becky worked many jobs throughout her life including as a C.N.A. at various facilities.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Charles Palmer; brother, Robert Lister; and nieces, Brenda Lister Rupert and Michelle Palmer.

Survivors are her husband, John; children, Khan Steel, Christopher Palmer, and Cassandra Reynolds; siblings, Randy Lister, Dwight Lister, Rhonda Hatfield, and Scott Caudill; 15 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

It was Becky's wishes to be cremated, and no services be held.
