Raymond A. Reinhart, 77, Minneapolis, went to be with Jesus, his Lord and Savior on Saturday, April 5, 2014. He was born August 9, 1936 in Winfield to Charles A. and Lucille M. (Dix) Reinhart.

Raymond was a 1954 graduate of Anthony High School and he attended Ottawa University for one year. He was united in marriage with Marjorie Toon on August 9, 1959 in Fredonia. Raymond did bridge building for the Santa Fe Railroad from 1964 to 1998. He was a member of the Heartland Worship Center, Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way, and the Kansas Conference of the Pentecostal Holiness Church Sunday School Department where he served as president for 13 years. Raymond was also an active member of the Noon Lions Club in Minneapolis where he was a past president and a courier who helped transport eye tissue for corneal transplants.

Raymond was a devout Christian man who loved his Lord and family with all of his heart. He led by example and touched countless lives. He will be missed but never forgotten.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Barbara Hill.

Survivors include his wife Marjorie of Minneapolis; sons Galen and his wife Cindy and Roger and his wife Lana all of Minneapolis; sister Sue Key and her husband Jerry of Wichita Falls, TX; four grandchildren Andrea Holman, Amanda Straub, and Paige and Allison Reinhart; and two great-grandchildren Jack and Jade Holman.

Visitation will be from 2:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., Tuesday, April 8 at the Wilson Family Funeral Home, Minneapolis, where the family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M., Wednesday at the funeral home. Graveside services will be at 3:00 P.M., Thursday, April 10 at the Fredonia City Cemetery. A visitation will be from 1:00 P.M. to 2:30 P.M at the First Assembly of God Church, 1102 Washington Street, Fredonia. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Heartland Worship Center, the Nicol Home, or the Noon Lions Scholarship Fund and may be left in care of Wilson Family Funeral Home, 405 Argyle Avenue, Minneapolis, KS 67467.
