Raymond L. Boster, 91, Bennington, died Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at the Ottawa County Health Center, Minneapolis. He was born October 29, 1927 in Bennington to C.E. and Ethel (Morse) Boster.

Ray was a graduate of Bennington High School and he served in the United States Air Force from 1945-46. He and Marjorie Darg were united in marriage on May 1, 1948 in Bennington. Ray was a lifelong farmer and was a member of the United Church of Bennington, Minneapolis Masonic Lodge, Salina Scottish Rite, and Harmony Chapter O.E.S.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Marjorie on April 11, 2016; and his brother, Charles.

Ray is survived by his children, Scott and wife Valeria, Kent and wife Sandy, and Paula Serrien and husband Karl; sister-in-law, Nita Boster; five grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be at 11:00 A.M., Monday, May 13 at the Bennington Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 Sunday at Wilson Family Funeral Home, Minneapolis. The family kindly requests no flowers and ask that memorials be made to the United Church of Bennington or the Bennington Public Library.
