Obituary

Peggy J. Paramore, 88, Abilene, Kansas, died Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at the Sterling House in Abilene.
Peggy was born January 20, 1922 in Luray, Kansas to Ray and Julia Belle (Cobb) Hubbard. She graduated from Waldo High School in 1939 and from Business School in Kansas City. Her hobbies included ceramic and china painting. She was also an avid sports fan who enjoyed seeing her children and grandchildren in sporting activities. She was united in marriage
with Corliss A. Paramore on January 18, 1942 in Yuma, Arizona. He preceded her in death on March 30, 1997.
Besides her husband, she was also preceded in death by her parents, her sister Donna Princ of Luray, Kansas, and her grandson, Ryan Thomas of Portland, Maine.
Survivors include her children, Pamela Keener of Chapman, Kansas; Cynthia Thomas of
Winterport, Maine; her brother, Joseph Hubbard of Osborne, Kansas; her sister, Betty White of LaGrange Park, Illinois; her grandchildren, David Keener and Amy Naylor of the Kansas City area, and Beau and Evan Thomas of Maine; and her great-grandchildren, Laura Rose and Joseph Lane Keener and Dylan Jakob and Emerson Belle Naylor; and nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be at 1:30 P.M., Tuesday at the Delphos Cemetery with Michele
McHenry, C.L.P. officiating. There will be no visitation. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Delphos Museum, 101 North Washington Street, Delphos,
Kansas 67436.
