Peggy J. Hofflinger, 87, Newton, formerly of Minneapolis, died Saturday, August 13, 2022, at the Paramount in Newton. Peggy was born April 4, 1935, in Ada to Everett H. and Grace (Meiller) Bradbury.

Peggy and Carl LaVerne Hofflinger were united in marriage on June 2, 1957. Peggy was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Carl in 2005; son-in-law, Robert E. Van Pelt; grandson, Robert L. Van Pelt; two great-grandchildren, Gabriel and Destin Baize; brother Bill Bradbury, and her sisters Phyllis Adam, Mary Baccus, and Eva Peterson.

Survivors are her children, Jeri (Wally) Haworth, Barry (Janie) Hofflinger, Carla Van Pelt, Mary Ellis, and Brad (Tammy) Hofflinger; brother, Bob Bradbury; sister, Jeanne Sechrist; ten grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will begin at 9:30 A.M., Saturday, August 20 at Wilson Family Funeral Home, Minneapolis. Graveside services will be at 11:00 A.M. at Highland Cemetery, Minneapolis.
