Pamela Kaye Baker was born May 17, 1946 in Concordia, to Geraldine Boss Flessner and Keith Boss. She lost her fight with cancer on January 30, 2012 in Tulsa, OK, she was 65 years old. She was the oldest of three children and was preceded in death by her father Keith Boss; step-father Delton Flessner; brother Randy Boss; and her husband Dennis Baker. Pam was raised in the Bennington area and graduated high school in Wichita. She moved to the Kansas City Area after marrying and having children. After losing her husband Dennis Baker to an accident, she raised her daughters as a single parent and helped run a successful trucking business.
She is survived by daughters Lisa Baker Lunsford and her husband Dan and Kamela Baker; her grandchildren Mikayla Williams and her husband Travis and Conner Lunsford; her great-grandson Gage Williams; her mother Geraldine Flessner; and brother Chad Boss and his wife Melissa. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Pam had too many friends to mention. She touched every person she met in her life and she loved each and every one of them.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 P.M., Thursday at the Wilson Family Funeral Home, 405 Argyle Ave., Minneapolis, KS. The family will receive friends from 5 P.M. to 7 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, Minneapolis.
