Milford R. Mills, 83, Glasco, died Thursday, December 29, 2022. He was born October 27, 1939, in Kackley, KS to Leonard and Anna (Ireland) Mills. His father passed away at an early age. His mother then married Edward Collins, Sr., who happily raised her three children as his own.

He served in the United States Army and was stationed in Vietnam. He retired from Sunflower Manufacturing. Milford loved fishing and gardening. He was a true card shark, and his family occasionally accused him of cheating. He was very ornery, and it brought joy to his heart to joke around with friends and family.

Milford was preceded in death by his parents; stepfather Edward Collins Sr.; and siblings, Johnny, Milton, Willie, and Joann; and brother-in-law, Phil Swenson.

Survivors are his wife, Diana; daughter, Michelle Brown and her husband, Eric; son, Michael Mills; grandson, Jacob Brown; brother, Ed Collins, Jr.; sisters, Jackie Alcorn and her husband, Marion and Janice Swenson; brother-in-law, Ed Wells; and sister-in-law, Margaret Collins.

Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., Thursday, January 5 at Wilson Family Funeral Home, 405 Argyle Ave., Minneapolis, KS 67467. Funeral services will be at 1:00 P.M., Friday at Words of Light Fellowship Church, Delphos. Burial with military honors will be in the Glasco Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the church or the Glasco V.F.W. and be left in care of the funeral home.
