Michael J. Kasper's Obituary
Michael J. Kasper, 65, Minneapolis, passed away Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at the Salina Regional Health Center. He was born July 14, 1947 in Salina to Wallace and Esther Kasper.
Mike was a carpenter for the Union Pacific Railroad for 32 years. He was united in marriage with Carolyn Shanahan on July 3, 1997.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife Carolyn; son Buddy Hess; daughters Lisa Lee and Sherry Gudenkauf; brother Greg Kasper; sister Jackie Kasper; six grandchildren; nephew Norman Kasper; and niece Emma Kasper.
A gathering for friends and family will be at 4:00 P.M., Saturday at Carolyn's home, 703 Woodland, Minneapolis. Memorials may be made to the Salina Animal Shelter.
