Marty Lee Dewhirst's Obituary
Marty Lee Dewhirst, 61, Salina, died Saturday, February 21, 2015 at the Salina Regional Health Center. He was born May 26, 1953 to Clayton and Mildred Dewhirst.
Marty and his father owned and operated C&M Service in Beverly for many years. He was united in marriage with Thresa Deckert on April 29, 1978 in Tescott.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings Steve Dewhirst and Yvonne Opplinger.
Survivors include his wife Thresa; son Jeff Dewhirst; daughter Julie Howie and husband Greg; and two grandchildren Abby and Kyler Dewhirst.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, February 25 at Wilson Family Funeral Home, Minneapolis. Burial will be in Franklin Cemetery, Tescott. Viewing will be from 3:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
