Lorinda Anne Colantuono 77, died peacefully on July 22, 2020 at the Ottawa County Health Center, Minneapolis, KS after a courageous struggle with ALS. She was born on December 1, 1942, in Teaneck, New Jersey to Judge Leland Ferry and Lois Curtis.

Lorinda was a 1962 graduate of Teaneck High School, Teaneck New Jersey, and a 1983 graduate of Missouri School of Nursing Kansas City, MO. "Rindy" was a longtime LPN working at various nursing homes and Missouri Western Mental Facility.

On July 15, 1969, she married Dr. Joseph Woehl III in Hackensack, New Jersey. From this union one son was born Joseph Woehl IV. After being married, the young couple moved to Kansas City, Missouri for Dr. Woehl to start his medical practice with the VA.

After her first husband's death, Lorinda married Thomas Colantuono in 2000.

She is survived by her son, Joseph Woehl IV; grandsons, Joseph Woehl V and Jacob Curtis Woehl; two brothers, Curtis Ferry of St. Augustine, FL; and Mike Ferry of Paris, France.

Due to Covid19, a private graveside service will be held at Highland Cemetery, Minneapolis. A celebration of Lorinda's life is planned to take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made via alsfoundation.org.
