Lois A. Rael, 84, Bennington, passed away Monday, June 20, 2022, in Beverly as she was surrounded by her family. Lois was born August 5, 1937, in Denver, CO to James Henry and Marie (Hill) Galbaugh.

Lois worked on the flagging crew for APAC for many years and she was an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Rael, Jr.; son, Juan; and great-grandson, Waylon.

Survivors are her children, Frank C. Rael, V and his wife, Kelly of Show Low, AZ, Catherine Salazar and her husband, Frank of Beverly, Treshia Pulis and her husband, Ted of Wichita, Autobea Chato Rael and his fiancé, Chrystal Sorrenson of Limon, CO, Thomas Lantzy of Cotopaxi, CO and Donnalisa McCartney of Denver, CO; adopted son, Richard Rael of Salina; 20 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., Thursday, June 23 at Wilson Family Funeral Home, Minneapolis. Graveside services will be at 10:00 A.M., Friday at the Bennington Cemetery and the family invites everyone to wear their favorite Chiefs attire. A time of fellowship with food will follow at the Beverly Community Building.
