LeRoy Ernest Lyne, 80, of Oak Hill, was born August 31, 1945, in Clay Center to Ernest and Lela Jane (Yonally) Lyne. He died Monday, August 17, 2026, at the Clay County Medical Center.

He and Sandra Pearce were married on May 30, 1967, in Kansas City, Kansas. LeRoy was a long-time farmer.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Larry and Roger.

Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Sandra; children, Dion Lyne and wife, Ranee, Terri Maas, and Tammi Sulanka and husband, Jerry; brother, Ted Lyne and wife, Julie; sister, Vera Lyne; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Visitation without the family present will be from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., Thursday, August 20, at Wilson Family Funeral Home, 405 Argyle Ave., Minneapolis, KS 67467. Graveside services will be at 10:00 A.M., Friday, August 21, at Mount Liberty Cemetery, Oak Hill.

The family kindly requests no flowers and suggests memorials be made to Love In Action. Memorials may be left in care of the funeral home.
