Leroy J. Bremerman, 83, Miltonvale, died Sunday, March 11, 2018 at the Cloud County Health Center, Concordia. He was born February 9, 1935 in Ottawa County to James and Iva (Hartley) Bremerman.

Leroy was a graduate of Miltonvale High School. He and Madelon Ranney were united in marriage and to this union were born, Ron, Rachel, Martina, and M.J. He enjoyed baseball and being a 4-H leader. Leroy was a lifelong rancher and farmer. In earlier years he worked at the Salina Sale Barn. Leroy also enjoyed attending dances in Kansas, Nebraska, and Arizona.

He was preceded in death by his parents; step-mother, Hazel Altman; and sisters, Cleo Vogan and Bernice Boucek.

Survivors are his children, Ron (Anne) Bremerman, Rachel (Bob) Peters, Martina (David) Gieber, and M.J. (Susan) Bremerman; grandchildren, Jamie (Chase) Nichols, Jessie and Jake Bremerman, Tyrell (Rachel) Peters and Alisa Peters, Nicole and Nathan Gieber, Ashley, Erin, and Carson Bremerman; and two great-grandchildren, Cord and Joann Nichols.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 A.M., Monday, March 19 at Wilson Family Funeral Home, Minneapolis. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, Minneapolis. Visitation will be from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the Leroy Bremerman Memorial Fund.
