Kevin H. Constable, 62, Delphos, died Monday, April 30, 2012 at the Ottawa County Health Center, Minneapolis. He was born January 3, 1950 in Concordia to Howard and Mildred (Crosson) Constable.

He was a 1968 graduate of Minneapolis High School and he served in the United States Navy for a short time. He worked various jobs including farming with his father, Lott Implement, Harbin Construction, Wal-Mart, and Raytheon.

He had a passion for cooking, gardening, and photographing. Kevin also loved watching his grandchildren participate in their various sporting events.

Survivors include his children, Tania Daugherty and her husband Sheldon of Minneapolis and Eric Constable of Minneapolis; sisters Linda Wallace and her husband Bill of Midlothian, TX and Karen Dailey and her husband Don of Universal City, TX; and grandchildren Garrett, Skylar, Austin, Ashley, and Brock.

Graveside services will be at 1:00 P.M., Wednesday at Highland Cemetery, Minneapolis with Pastor Todd Burrow officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. to 12 Noon Wednesday at Wilson Family Funeral Home, Minneapolis. The family is requesting in lieu of flowers memorials be made to Ottawa County Hospice or the American Diabetes Association.
