Keith D. "Hoot" Gibson, 84, Salina, died Friday, December 27, 2019 at the Salina Regional Health Center.  He was born November 22, 1935 in Eaton, CO to Carl and Lenora (Mayhew) Gibson.

Keith attended country schools and graduated from Miltonvale High School in 1954.  He spent two years in the United States Army of which one year was in Korea.  Keith worked for Meiller Farms, Rupert Farms, and Great Plains Manufacturing.

He is survived by his wife, Kay; four children, Vickie (Richard) Coffman, Russell (Betty) Gibson, Monica (Nathan) Hamilton, and Jennifer (Willie) Leven; two step-sons, Kyle (Tammy) Hawk and Troy (fiancé, Carol Krier) Hawk; eight grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; nine step-great-grandchildren; brother, Robert (Glennea) Gibson; and sisters-in-law, Judy Gibson and Beverly Woodruff.

Keith was preceded in death by his parents; stepdaughter, Tacy Hawk; brother, Jerry Gibson; and brother-in-law, Robert Woodruff.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M., Friday, January 3, 2020 at Wilson Family Funeral Home, Minneapolis.  The family will receive friends one hour before the services.  Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, Minneapolis.  Memorials may be given to the Church of the Cross, 1600 Rush, Salina, KS 67401.
