Juanita R. Hardesty's Obituary
Juanita R. Hardesty, 75, Minneapolis, died Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at the Salina Regional Health Center.
She was born August 2, 1936 to Sherm M. and Julia Vida (Steinbrock) Jackson. Juanita was a 1954 graduate of Minneapolis High School. She and John E. Hardesty were united in marriage on December 18, 1954 in Minneapolis.
Juanita was preceded in death by her husband John on February 1, 1997 and her son, Michael Hardesty on October 21, 2009.
Survivors include her son Dave Hardesty and his wife Cheryle of Minneapolis; her grandsons John Hardesty and his wife Shelby and Waylon Hardesty and his wife Krista all of Minneapolis; and her great-granddaughter Kaegan Hardesty.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 A.M., Saturday, January 28 at the Wilson Family Funeral Home, Minneapolis with the Rev. Dr. John Taylor officiating. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, Minneapolis. Friends may sign the register book from 2 P.M. to 8 P.M. Friday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Ottawa County.
