Jerry Leon Penn, 57, of Minneapolis, passed away Thursday, June 16, 2016, near Minneapolis.

Jerry was employed at ElDorado National for most of his adult life. His greatest pride and joy were his children and grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Vern L. Penn and Wanda "Jeannie" Mauk; stepfather, Sam Mauk; and sister-in-law Terri Penn.

Survivors include his children, Robert Leon (Renee) Penn, Rachel Renae Penn and Rebecca Jean (Mark) Bergman; siblings, Chris Sumner, Sharlene Kendall and Mike Penn; and grandchildren Jadah, Austen, Chloe, Carter, Tyler, Lauren and Ian.

A memorial potluck dinner for family and close friends will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, June 22, at the Scout Hall in Markley Grove Park, Minneapolis.
