Jeffery L. Schmidtline, 48, Barnard, died Monday, January 18, 2021.  He was born March 30, 1972 in Oshkosh, NE to Walter and Jonette (Pace) Schmidtline.

After high school, Jeff served in the United States Army 1996-2000.  He worked for Post Rock Cattle Company for many years.

Jeff was preceded in death by his father.

Survivors are his girlfriend and her son, Megan and Howard Houghton; son, KC Nichols; mother and stepfather, Jonette and Kent Clark; sister, Jill Beunting; and two stepsisters, Jennifer O'Neill and Jodi Stafford.

Family only services will be held in Barnard on Saturday, January 30, 2021.
