Janice A. Baccus, 78, Ada, died Monday, September 8, 2025, at Oakview at the Ottawa County Health Center, Minneapolis. Janice was born August 18, 1947, Concordia, to John A. and Shirley (Stelter) Van Dame.

Janice and Larry K. Baccus were united in marriage on August 21, 1966, and he preceded her in death on December 4, 2000. Janice was the owner of Baccus Repair for many years. Janice enjoyed working at Dillard's for several years before retirement. She was a member of the Antioch Baptist Church in Ada.

Besides Larry, she was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors are her children, Kala Bruce and her husband, Jason and Kay Baccus and his wife, Amy; grandchildren, Allie, Taylor, and Riley; and great-grandchildren, Olivia, Delilah, Kaiden, and Tiegan.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., Thursday, September 11, at Wilson Family Funeral Home, 405 Argyle Ave., Minneapolis, KS 67467. Funeral services will be at 10:00 A.M., Friday, September 12, at the Antioch Baptist Church, Ada. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Ada. Memorials are to the church and may be left in care of the funeral home.
