Janet Sue Graham
BENNINGTON—Janet Sue Graham, 69, passed away Sun., Apr. 20, 2008. She was born Feb. 25, 1939 on a farm near Bennington, the daughter of Donald E. and Thressa Leone Howe White. She married Denny Jack Graham Jun. 18, 1961 at Bennington. A 40 year educator, she taught Home Economics at Colby High School and later taught at Niles Grade School. She started the Title 1 program at Bennington, Tescott and Culver elementary schools, retiring in 2003. She was a member of the United Church of Bennington, the Kansas Reading Association and KNEA. She is survived by her husband Denny of the home; son Bryan and wife Lydia Graham of Westborough, MA; daughters Debbie and husband Devin Francis of Wamego; Amy and husband Gene Monk of Pencil Bluff, AR and Julie and husband Jamie Koerperich of Garden City; a brother Donald E. White, Jr., of Littleton, CO; a sister Joann L. Harper of Leawood; 12 grandchildren: Dustin and wife Kaylee Francis, Derek and Dylan Francis, Megan, Lyndsie and Denny Graham, Ginny, Callie and Will Monk; Nathan, Jordan and Jack Koerperich; great-grand- daughter Adilyn Francis. Funeral service, 3 P. M. Wednesday at United Church of Bennington with the Rev. Warren Cico officiating. Burial in Bennington Cemetery, Memorials in lieu of flowers are suggested to the United Church of Bennington or the Bennington Ambulance Fund. Visitation 2 to 8 P.M. Tuesday at Wilson Shields Funeral Home, Minneapolis, with the family present from 7 to 8 P.M.
