James W. "Jim" Burch, 97, Delphos, died June 7, 2018. He was born November 24, 1920 to Jack and Mandy Burch.
He served in the U.S. Army for one year. Jim and Lucille Persinger were married on May 6, 1968. He worked for Wyatt's Foundry and he owned Jim Burch Recycling in Delphos.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son-in-law, Kelly Gilmore; and his two sisters, Mabel and Lou.
Survivors are his wife, Lucille; children, Jimmie (Rena), Cindy Gilmore; and James (Yvonne) Burch; nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation: 3:00 to 5:00 P.M. Monday, June 11 at Wilson Family Funeral Home, Minneapolis. Graveside services: 2:00 P.M., Tuesday in the Bennington Cemetery. Memorials: Delphos First Presbyterian Church or the Nicol Home.
