Irene L. Bowen, 70, Bennington, died Monday, May 16, 2011 at Pinnacle Park in Salina. Irene was born November 17, 1940 in Manchester, NH to Marcell and Doris (Lafond) Camirand. Irene loved her farm and spent many good times there. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother and her family was very important to her.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother George Camirand.
Survivors include her sons Brian Grugnale of KS and Maurice Grugnale of NH; her daughter Darlene Grugnale of WI; step-daughter Dawn Peleska of MO; her brothers Bob and Scott Camirand both of NH; her sister Pauline Witham of NC; grandchildren Brandon and Brenden Grugnale, Troy and Rhiannon Hargrove, and Faxon and Fenix Peleska; and a great-great-grandchild Urijah Bell.
It was Irene's wishes to have her body cremated and there will be no services.
