Hubert "Hub" Emerson Mull, Ada, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 15, 2015 at the age of 93 years and two days. He was born October 13, 1922 to Hubert and Levina (Johnston) Mull.

He attended Ada High School and he served in the United States Merchant Marines. After serving he returned home to the family farm. Hub spent the next 70 years farming and ranching around the Ada community. In 1948, he married Ruth Nelson and they were blessed with 67 years of marriage. Hub always enjoyed owning and riding horses, cattle, and farming. In his later years his hobby was fishing with his grandson, Ethan.

Hub was preceded in death by his parents and sister Vivian.

Survivors include his wife, Ruth of the home; children, Glenda Mull of Topeka, Shelia Reed and her husband Wayne of Minneapolis, and Lloyd Mull and his wife Clara of Ada; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 2:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. Sunday at Wilson Family Funeral Home, Minneapolis and the family will not be present. Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M., Monday at the Antioch Baptist Church, Ada. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery, Ada. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Antioch Baptist Church.
