Harold D. Rhodes' Obituary
Harold D. Rhodes, 76, Wellington, passed away Sunday, September 4, 2011.
He was born January 14, 1935 in Madison to James & Ruby Rhodes. Harold grew up and attended high school in Madison. He married Eunice Ann Rasmussen on January 21, 1978 in Tescott. She preceded him in death along with a stepson John Terry III. Harold worked at Beech Aircraft and Tony's Pizza in Salina, retiring from there after 25 years of service.
He is survived by two brothers Alvin Rhodes of Gillette, Wyoming and Howard Rhodes of Wichita, and a sister Mary Baldwin of Douglass; a step-daughter Patricia Walker of Garden City; six grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be at 2:00 P.M., Friday at Franklin Cemetery, Tescott. There will be no visitation. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Golden Wheel Senior Center, Minneapolis and may be left in care of Wilson Family Funeral Home, P.O. Box 166, Minneapolis, KS 67467.
