Glenn H. Combs, 81, Salina passed away Monday, April 11, 2011 in Minneapolis. He was born in Tulsa, OK on June 12, 1929 to J.B. and Elizabeth (Miller) Combs.
Glenn had a degree in music and he had a love for playing the violin, fiddle, guitar, and bass trumpet. He and his deceased wife formed a band known as the Norma Wiley Combs Band. He was a member of the Salina Moose Lodge and Pipefitters Union 441. Glenn attended the Salina Adult Day Care for one year.
Survivors include his wife Becky S. Combs of the home; four daughters Marcia, Brenda, Marilyn, and Gail all of Oklahoma; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
Glenn was dubbed as the "Silver Hair Fox" and he will be greatly missed.
