Florence Arlene Kissick, 92, Beverly, passed away Sunday, December 18, 2011 at Salina Regional Health Center. She was born February 9, 1919 to Elmer and Ruby Ahlquist.

On September 20, 1939 Florence was united in marriage to Guy (Bill) Kissick in Salina. They spent their marriage life in Tescott and Beverly area. Five children were born to their union: Leland (Patty) Kissick of Lincoln, Kansas; Carl Lavern (Linda) Kissick of Marquette, Kansas; Florence Steinborn of Lincoln, Kansas; Myrtle Ann (Al) Eidet of Beverly, Kansas and Linda (Albert) Howard of Sylvan Grove, Kansas. Survivors also include brother Don (Pat) Ahlquist of Delphos, Kansas, 13 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren, 10 great great grandchildren, 4 step great grandchildren and lots of friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Guy; her parents Elmer and Ruby Ahlquist; son in law Ronald Steinborn; grandson C.J. Jacob; great great grand-daughter Abbigail Lynn Starks; brother Eugene Ahlquist; infant sister Ida Marnetta.

Visitation with family will be from 4 P.M. to 8 P.M., Thursday at Wilson Family Funeral Home, Minneapolis. Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Beverly Cemetery.
