Evan G. Slick, 68, Bennington, died Friday, April 1, 2022, at the Ottawa County Health Center, Minneapolis.  Evan was born October 4, 1953, in Salina to Ervin Errette and Opal Marie (Coffield) Slick.

Evan was a graduate of Bennington High School and he attended Cloud County Community College.  He worked for Western Auto/Advance Auto Parts for over 30 years.

He was an avid hunter and fisherman who always enjoyed hanging out with his best friends Kim, Cary, and Ron.

Evan was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors are his brother, Errette Jan Slick and his wife, Susan; nieces, Alicia, Ariel, and Mariah; nephew, Malachi; and cousin, Tom Slick.

Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., Wednesday, April 6 at Wilson Family Funeral Home, Minneapolis.  Services will be Thursday at 10:00 A.M. at the Bennington Cemetery Mausoleum.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Bennington E.M.S. or Fire Department and may be mailed to Wilson Family Funeral Home, P.O.
