Eva Mae Peterson, 83, Minneapolis, died Saturday, January 30, 2016 at the Salina Regional Health Center. She was born June 9, 1932 in Ada to Everett H. and Grace (Meiller) Bradbury.

Eva attended schools in Ada where she was the only student and graduate from the class of 1949. She and Merlin "Pete" Peterson were united in marriage on September 4, 1954 in Ada. Eva was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and she was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her brother Bill Bradbury and her sisters Phyllis Adam and Mary Baccus.

Survivors include her husband Pete; daughters LuAnn Stewart and husband Greg, Jacque Havice and husband George, and Lisa Parker; brother Bob Bradbury; sisters Jeanne Sechrist and Peggy Hofflinger; 11 grandchildren Kimberly (Marc) Kaschke, Stephanie (Andrew) Pedersen, Preston (Carissa) Stewart, Sierra Stewart, Madeline Stewart, Jodi (Karl) DeArmond, Jenny Havice, Jessica Havice, Lindsey Parker, Alex Parker, and Kaleigh Parker; nine great-grandchildren Jordan Torres, Ashlyn (Ben) Polk, Camden Stewart, Gracelyn Stewart, Lexus Stewart, Kristian Stewart, Alexus Stewart, Lauren Pedersen, and Lauren DeArmond; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 2:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Thursday at Wilson Family Funeral Home, Minneapolis, where the family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Funeral services will be at 10:00 A.M., Friday at the First Presbyterian Church, Minneapolis. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the church.
