Donna J. Wiseman, 76, Salina, died Friday, November 7, 2014. She was born October 11, 1938 in Glasco to George and Florence (Johnson) DeWitt.
Donna was a registered nurse at St. John's Hospital in Salina for many years.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband John; siblings George and Ron DeWitt, Barb Dean, and Virginia Robbins; and her beloved dog Frankie.
Survivors include her son Bob Griffiths of Rawlins, WY; daughter-in-law Christa Griffiths of Garnett, KS; step-children Johnny (Cheryl) Wiseman of Claremont, IL, Carl (Evelyn) Wiseman of Robinson, IL, Mark Wiseman of Bentonville, AR, Jerrod (Mandy) Wiseman of Bella Vista, AR; Anita (Maurice) Midgley of Ponca City, OK, and Paula (Mark) Underhill of Flat Rock, IL; siblings Bill DeWitt of Lindsborg, Gary DeWitt of Beverly, Dorothy Tebow of St. Joseph, MO, Doris Gobert of Hot Springs, AR, Marge Pederson of Lees Summit, MO; and Cheryl Ryg of Minneapolis; sister-in-law Charlene DeWitt of Beverly; grandson R.J. Griffiths of Rawlins, WY; three great grandchildren; numerous step grandchildren, step great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, November 12 at the Wilson Family Funeral Home, Minneapolis. Burial will be in the Beverly Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 2 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home where the family will receive friends from 6-8. Memorials may be made to the Smoky Hill Rehabilitation Memory Care Unit or Alzheimer's Association and may be left in care of the funeral home.
