Donna L. Johnson, 60, Minneapolis, died Thursday, January 13, 2022, in Salina.  She was born December 26, 1961, in Dover, Delaware to Gary and Mary Jo (Pitlick) Smith.

Donna and Lance D. Johnson were united in marriage on December 30, 1994.  She was a longtime sales associate for Farm Bureau in Minneapolis.

She was preceded in death by her parents and son, David McDuffee.

Survivors are her husband, Lance; daughters, Elizabeth and Rebecca McDuffee; son, Curtis Johnson; brother, Allen (Patty) Smith; and sister, Nancy (Scott) Ringer.

Per Donna's wishes, no services will be held.  Memorials may be made to the Ottawa County Farm Bureau Association (to be used towards a scholarship) and may be mailed to Wilson Family Funeral Home, P.O. Box 166, Minneapolis, KS 67467.
