Donna Lynn (Lockhart) Anschutz, 56, Minneapolis, passed away Monday, April 28, 2014 at her mother's home. She was born August 16, 1957 in Rogers, AR to Sam and Frankie (Wilkerson) Lockhart.

Donna was a 1975 graduate of Tescott High School. She received her LPN from McPherson College and her RN from Cloud County Community College. Donna worked in Kansas City and at Salina Regional Health Center before moving to Hawaii three years ago where she continued to work as a nurse.

Survivors include her children James Anschutz and April Matthews; mother Frankie Gotti; and sister Paula Hunter.

Memorial services will be at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, May 13 at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Tescott. Memorial contributions may be made to the Ottawa County Health Center or Hospice of Salina and may be left in care of Wilson Family Funeral Home, P.O. Box 166, Minneapolis, KS 67467.
