Connie Joanne Trueblood, 97, Minneapolis, died Sunday, April 20, 2025, in Minneapolis. Connie was born September 25, 1927, in Ames, IA, to Sanford and Pearl M. (Moore) Wetteland.

Connie worked in maintenance at Iowa State University.

She was preceded in death by her son, Mark.

She is survived by her daughters, Carla Stierwalt of Salina and Linda Clews of Maryland; grandchildren, Alicia Kiefer (Chris) of Minneapolis, Jamie Farrington of Canon City, CO, Tommy Clews and Mark Clews (Colleen) all of Maryland; great-grandchildren, Kenton, Connor, and Colton Schmidt, Grace, Annie, Josh, Matthew, and Cody Clews; and bonus granddaughter, Alyssa Wolff.

Inurnment will be in Highland Cemetery, Minneapolis.  Memorials may be made to Minneapolis Health Care and Rehabilitation Center and may be left in care of Wilson Family Funeral Home, P.O. Box 166, Minneapolis, KS 67467.
