Carter Linn Brooks, 70, Beverly, died Sunday, June 26, 2022, at his home. He was born in Fayetteville, AR on June 29, 1951.

Carter served in the United States Army during the Vietnam conflict. Carter was a very hard-working man who worked several jobs in his lifetime.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Claudette.

Survivors are his grandchildren, Austin, Naryah, Natayah, and Nalecciah; and numerous close friends that he treasured and considered to be his family.

Graveside services will be at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, July 9, 2022, at the Beverly Cemetery. Everyone is invited to a luncheon at the Beverly Hall following the services. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Beverly Township Hall and may be mailed to Wilson Family Funeral Home, P.O. Box 166, Minneapolis, KS 67467.
