Alpha Faye King, 83, Salina, passed away Friday, October 14, 2011. She was born May 13, 1928 in Marysville to Glen and Enda Hiskey.

Alpha and Vincent King were united in marriage on September 19, 1949 and he preceded her in death on September 10, 2007. She was a member of the Barnard United Methodist Church and the Eastern Star.

Survivors include her sons, Tom King and his wife Shanna of Minneapolis, Terry King and his wife Jane of Salina, and Tim King and his wife Sherry of Wichita; six grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be at 11:00 A.M., Wednesday at Wilson Family Funeral Home, Minneapolis. Private inurnment will be at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Sterling House, 2251 East Crawford, Salina, KS 67401.
